Martin Ouimet, Ph.D. is responsible for the engineering of the Medzingo software
and for strategic decisions related to technology. Dr. Ouimet has been involved
in high technology and in the IT industry since the early 1990s in all facets of
software engineering, management, and technological innovation. Lately, Dr. Ouimet
has served as a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies where his analytical
insight has helped companies make important strategic decisions.
Dr. Ouimet holds a Ph.D. in Computer Systems from the Massachusetts Insitute of
Technology (MIT), a Master of Science (S.M.) in Aeronautics and Astronautics from
MIT, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) from Princeton University.

Casson Masters is a co-founder of Medzingo. Prior to founding Medzingo, Mr. Masters
was an investment analyst at Atticus Capital, an investment management company,
where he had a focus on healthcare and healthcare information technology companies.
Mr. Masters' previous professional experience is with Merck Frosst Canada Ltd.,
a pharmaceutical company. Mr. Masters' other experience includes medical research
in the Department of Surgery at Columbia University. Mr. Masters holds a B.A. from
princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
