to any visitor to our Website, including (i) casual visitors to our Site (“Site
Visitors”), and (ii) our customers who purchase our products and services (“Customers”).
We urge you to read this Policy carefully so that you will understand how Medzingo
may collect and use information provided by you because, by registering for Medzingo
services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms
of this Policy, please refrain from using our Site.

also collect non-personally identifiable information (“non-PII” or “Non-Personal

We use this information to administer the site, ensure security, and to track how

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping
purposes. We do use cookies on our site. We use session cookies to make it easier
for you to navigate our site. A session cookie expires when you close your browser.
We also use third-party services to better understand site usage. These third-parties
use cookies on our site to track traffic and report statistical information that
helps us and users in several ways, most notably for an on-going improvement of
the website. The information collected by these third parties is also stored by
each respective third-party.

Unrequested Intellectual Property
This Policy does not protect you when you send business information, ideas, concepts,
inventions, or other intellectual property by email or other means to Medzingo.
If you want to keep any business information, ideas, concepts, inventions, or other
intellectual property confidential, do not send them to Medzingo.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
Medzingo safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic,
and administrative procedures using the latest industry security standards. Medzingo
achieves superior levels of security through three levels of protection: Secure
architecture, Secure authentication and transmission, Secure just-in-time decryption.
The Medzingo architecture is constructed using the latest state-of-the-art hardware
and software solutions. Our environment is kept secure using a dedicated hardware
firewall, a multi-tier architecture, and the latest anti-virus protection kept up-to-date
through real-time updates.
When you access your Medzingo, digital certificate authentication is used to ensure
that you are connecting to the appropriate site and that your user name and password
are not compromised. When you view your Medzingo account on-line, the data is transferred
using the TLS/SSL 128-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal data
cannot be intercepted during transmission between our server and your personal computer.
Your personal information is always stored in encrypted format, using industry-leading
168-bit Triple DES encryption algorithms. It is decrypted only when you access your
Medzingo and only prior to secure transmission using TLS/SSL. This implies that
even in the unlikely event that an intruder gains access to our environment, your
personal data is not compromised because it is encrypted.
Medzingo may employ independent contractors to help manage data services, and such
contractors may have access to data, similar to the access we give our employees.
Also, Medzingo may store sales account data, including personally identifiable information,
with a third-party application service provider.

lists from other organizations. We may send mailings such as brochures to these
addresses. Typically, these are one-time mailings, and the data is not entered into
our database. If you want to remove yourself from the third-party's database, you

process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or complicated, require disproportional
technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical.

if the law requires it, so please review it frequently. If we decide to change our
Policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, or other
